Vistamatic bring Clarity to Health Estates Conference

As the leading supplier of vision panels to healthcare facilities, Vistamatic® took the opportunity to show visitors to the recent Healthcare Estates Conference its new Clarity smart glass innovation, attracting interest from architects, specifiers and key decision makers.

“The exhibition was the ideal platform to get direct feedback from Healthcare professionals and architects about new product innovations that we are preparing to launch,” says Mark Nash, Vistamatic Managing Director. “In particular, Vistamatic Clarity received lots of attention from various organisations, including the Royal College of Engineering.”

Clarity units are activated by a simple on/off switch, instantly changing from opaque to clear, or vice versa. In its frosted state, the privacy glass acts as an electronic blind, providing discretion and security for any glazed window or partition. The ease of operation and instant application makes these a perfect option for healthcare environments.

As well as the sneak peek at Clarity and other new products set to be launched next year, Vistamatic had their full product range on show at the Manchester Central event.

Mark says: “There’s no substitute to being able to let people see our products for themselves and to demonstrate the privacy, dignity and shading solutions available for their specific requirements. We spoke with lots of architects and specifiers who wanted to discuss upcoming projects and how our range can help them achieve their goals.

“It was interesting to receive positive feedback from healthcare professionals about the new innovations and to get their input from an R&D perspective. We’ve taken away some key points that will help us to develop even further in the future.

“The location of Manchester Central provided the perfect platform for NHS Trust representatives from all over the UK to come together. It was particularly beneficial for us to see lots of delegates from the North East, who we don’t normally have the chance to connect with. We had some good conversations and we’re looking forward to working with some of them in the near future.

“It was also really satisfying to catch up with clients in person following the completion of major projects, hear about their successes, and discuss new projects that they have in the pipeline.”
